It was a total honour to have Tara as our celebrant.
From the moment we spoke on the phone, Tara had me laughing. She was relaxed and supportive the whole way through, from first meet to post-ceremony. It is obvious how much she loves her job and she is VERY good at it. Multiple guests asked how we knew her and assumed she was a friend of ours. And to be honest, it felt like we’d known her for years too!
In the lead up, Tara really helped us plan out the day we wanted. Her experience made this whole process feel easy. During the ceremony, she was able to set the tone for the entire wedding, including a tribute to my sister who sadly died earlier in the year. It was so important to us that this was done well. Not only was Tara supportive and wrote a beautiful piece, she also sought our feedback to make sure it felt right.
Ed and I feel so lucky we were able to work with Tara and grateful for all that she has done for us, including her Mum’s beautiful calligraphy on our wedding certificate!
